Pupil numbers were rising rapidly at the school, in the last 6 years they had risen from 700 to 1,700.

DB Cargo
DB Cargo underwent a business transformation in 2017. Part of this required decommissioning or reducing occupancy on sites. Some of the traditional brick buildings were oversized for the occupancy and most were expensive to run and maintain.

The client and WRB had worked together on a previous project in Erith, Kent on one of the Anderson Group’s previous projects.
The client utilises modular buildings for long-term construction projects. This time they required a building for one of their own projects to house office and construction staff.
