Refurbished modular buildings

Wernick Refurbished Buildings is one the UK’s largest suppliers of pre-owned modular buildings.

Our refurbished buildings

Our industry leading approach to refurbishment ensures we can supply a good as new building at a more competitive price.

When a modular building is no longer needed, it can be relocated and refurbished to create a completely new building. Our controlled refurbishment process looks to bring existing modular buildings back to life.

With your needs at the heart of what we do, we modernise, tailor and totally re-new existing modular stock to provide a good-as-new building at a competitive price.

The sectors we work with

Our refurbished modular buildings are designed to meet the needs of a wide range of sectors. Here are a few sectors we serve:

Education

We provide a wide range of educational environments, from nurseries and single classrooms to fully equipped science labs and complete teaching blocks.

Our high-quality, low-cost units offer an economical solution for school extensions. Fast delivery ensures you have the space you need with minimal disruption.

Healthcare

With our flexible accommodations, we can provide GP surgeries, hospital wards, day clinics, and medical laboratories.

Despite the name ‘Refurbished’ we are able to provide high level specifications to meet strict clinical needs and requirements for a safe working environment.

Office space

Whatever your needs may be, we can offer the perfect solution, whether you need to expand, relocate, or simply decant facilities while your existing building is being refurbished.

Meeting rooms, private offices, break out areas and open-plan offices can all be created according to your requirements.

Leisure facilities

We offer refurbished modular buildings that can be used for gyms, club houses, and changing rooms.

A variety of layouts are possible, from open spaces for exercise classes to comfortable bars and canteens to shower blocks with changing rooms.

Carbon benefits of refurbished buildings

We have recently conducted an in-depth academic study to assess the embodied carbon emissions of a newly constructed modular building in comparison to a refurbished modular building.

The findings reveal a remarkable 46% reduction in embodied carbon emissions for the refurbished building when contrasted with the newly built structure.

Bespoke to you

We provide our clients with the opportunity to make the space they require fully bespoke to their requirements. Anything is possible!

External finishes, window styles, colours and internal layout are just some of the many things that can be discussed with our sales team before being visually brought to life by our in-house drawings team.

This has been taken one step further with the recent introduction of our new showroom, which shows our customers a selection of the specifications available under one roof.

Full turnkey delivery & project management

We can offer a full concept to completion service, meaning that we can manage everything associated with delivering your refurbished building.

Our friendly team of staff are always on hand to walk you through the stages of the refurbishment process, and discuss how we can best fulfill your requirements.

Embracing the circular economy

Our circular approach ensures modular buildings are reused, refurbished and modernised to meet new requirements, significantly reducing the need for raw materials and minimizing waste.

Through our controlled refurbishment process, we salvage and renew key components, recycling anything that cannot be reused. This not only lowers carbon emissions but also provides cost-effective, high-quality solutions that contribute to a more sustainable future for the construction industry.
