We have asked some of our staff about their work, what they enjoy about their role, and how their career has progressed in the Wernick Group. See their interviews below.
Helen Young
Helen began her journey at Wernick as a Hire Coordinator, where she built her knowledge of the industry and developed strong customer relationships. Over seven years, her dedication and proactive approach saw her progress to Senior Hire Coordinator, Assistant Depot Manager, and now Regional Sales Manager. Helen’s story highlights her commitment to growth, adaptability, and teamwork within Wernick.
Kasia Nowak
Wernick is thrilled to celebrate the success of Kasia Nowak, a talented member of our team who has recently achieved full architectural qualification. Kasia completed her Part 1 and Part 2 training in Poland, focusing on essential design and technical skills.
Iori Edwards
Iori Edwards completed a year in industry at Wernick Buildings as part of his university course. Iori graduated from Swansea University with first-class honours in Civil Engineering. He now works with Wernick full-time as Assistant Pre-construction Project Manager.
