Leeds Beckett University
The client, Downing, is contracted to deliver a state-of-the-art facility for the arts in the centre of Leeds. The new Leeds Beckett campus building will be home to the university’s School of Film, Music and Performing Arts, plus the fashion department. It is due for completion in September 2020.
Smart Motorways (M1)
A number of welfare units were required by client Costain Galliford Try for smart motorway roadworks on the M1.
The main objectives were cutting the time to access and use the facilities and limiting downtime of the units.
Harwell Visitor Centre
When a wider redevelopment was being planned at the Harwell Campus, the lab realised they had an opportunity to provide a purpose made visitor centre to replace the converted space they were occupying in an office block.
Cardiff University Biobank
The dedicated facility would bring the biobank team together, and allow them to ensure samples were collected, catalogued and stored safely. The building would have to accommodate specialist equipment, including ultra-low temperature freezers and vapour phase liquid nitrogen sample storage.
DB Cargo
DB Cargo underwent a business transformation in 2017. Part of this required decommissioning or reducing occupancy on sites. Some of the traditional brick buildings were oversized for the occupancy and most were expensive to run and maintain.

Attracting tens of thousands of visitors, Winterville is one of London’s premier winter attractions.
Winterville offers an alternative event experience: street food, an enchanting forest, circus performers and even Mexican wresting make this a unique and enthralling event.
Anderson Group
The client and WRB had worked together on a previous project in Erith, Kent on one of the Anderson Group’s previous projects.
The client utilises modular buildings for long-term construction projects. This time they required a building for one of their own projects to house office and construction staff.
