Dickens Heath
Solihull Council obtained a developer contribution fund to deliver a provision for young people aged 13 to 17 in Dickens Heath.
Eden Girls Leadership Academy
Star Academies were tasked by Birmingham City Council to provide new school places urgently. Working with main contractor Morgan Sindall, the Trust set about planning a new building that would eventually be able to accommodate 600 students.
Archbishop Holgate’s School
Pupil numbers were rising rapidly at the school, in the last 6 years they had risen from 700 to 1,700.
Myton School LINC
Myton School were in desperate need of a new Learning, Inclusion and Nurture Centre (LINC). The school had a vision for inclusive learning to better serve the challenging and varied needs of their pupils, but this vision simply couldn’t be delivered in the facilities they had available.
Glangwili Hospital
Accommodation had to solve an immediate need while enabling permanent occupancy. Fixtures and fittings had to reflect this requirement, ensuring that staff could continue to operate without disruption.
Oakfield Primary School
Oakfield Primary school was in urgent need of new classroom space. Current facilities were not able to handle the pupil intake and classes were risking becoming overcrowded.

The Royal Welsh Show is a four-day event taking place every year, to represent and celebrate the best of Welsh agriculture.
Leeds Beckett University
The client, Downing, is contracted to deliver a state-of-the-art facility for the arts in the centre of Leeds. The new Leeds Beckett campus building will be home to the university’s School of Film, Music and Performing Arts, plus the fashion department. It is due for completion in September 2020.
