For the MoD and NHS Care Campus, Tilbury Douglas partnered with Wernick Hire for a 95-week tailored setup, including AVflex buildings and office facilities. Wernick’s responsive service ensured efficient, high-quality accommodation.

Wernick provided Siemens Energy with bespoke modular buildings and a hybrid power system for the East Anglia 3 offshore wind project. The facilities included offices, canteens, restrooms, and shower areas, complemented by an HVO-enabled generator and intelligent battery storage unit. Mitsubishi Chemical UK Ltd., has a plant in Hull where they have an annual shutdown each year for the repair of onsite facilities. They required a number of blast resistant cabins to facilitate the shutdown.
