Robertson Partnership Homes required a comprehensive site accommodation setup to support their two-year residential development project in Lochgelly. The building needed to provide both office and welfare space for a sizeable site team, along with facilities for the various trades that would be working on-site during the build.

Solution
Wernick Hire supplied a bespoke 4-on-4 AVflex modular building, designed to accommodate site teams comfortably while meeting operational and visual standards. The units included office space, welfare amenities, and one bay adapted as a viewing platform for site progress updates and visitor use.
Externally, the building was finished in Robertson’s corporate livery, with blue cabin bodies, shutters, and jacklegs, and white doors to maintain brand consistency. All modifications were completed off-site at Wernick’s yard, ensuring a smooth and swift installation. To meet project timelines, delivery was brought forward by two weeks.
Very happy with the quality — substantial room sizes and good quality finishes. The Lochgelly depot was very efficient, and communication throughout was excellent. Any minor issues were resolved quickly by helpful maintenance operatives. Robertson will continue to use Wernick, and we’re happy to recommend them to others.
