Vastint UK Aire Park project
Requirement
Vastint UK is an international real estate organisation which specialises in the development of commercial and residential real estate. They are working on a large, mixed-use development project in central Leeds which consists of new modern homes, state-of-the-art offices and a range of public amenities, with a new public park at its heart.
The client wanted a bespoke, high-quality building for their project with accommodation that would be suitable for this long-term project. Working collaboratively, Wernick AVDanzer designed an office which met Vastint’s exact needs.
Construction company Moortown were contracted by Vastint UK to aid them in the build of their vision. Moortown also required welfare accommodation for their onsite team.

Solution
Wernick AVDanzer seamlessly delivered two separate buildings to Vastint UKs site in Leeds. The first building consists of 21 units spanning over three floors, designed to serve as a contractor welfare facility. Remarkably, this structure was delivered and installed in just two weeks.
A second building comprised 14 OpenSpace modules arranged over two floors. This structure serves as the primary office for Vastint UK as well as a marketing suite to showcase themselves to clients. Internal fit-out offers a sleek aesthetic with a verdant green wall and floor-to-ceiling glass walls allowing light to flow through the building. Full installation of the building was completed within a mere three weeks.
This project is a great example of how our modular solutions can meet the specific needs of our clients. We worked closely with both Vastint and Moortown to create two different buildings that fit the bill.
