Student Roost
Challenge
Student Roost, a purpose-built student accommodation block with two attached commercial units is in a prominent city centre location. The client faced issues as the commercial units were not yet connected to the grid. As the project nears completion and the electrical equipment begins to be installed, the electrical contractor is unable to test the medical equipment for safe use. Student Roost were therefore facing a potential delay in opening the brand-new facility creatin a delay in revenue on all sides. The client required temporary power, as quiet as possible in a city centre location with little to no HGV access.
