Underbelly, a production company specialising in temporary venue setup for live performances, required accommodation for a theatre production of Shakespeare’s Macbeth at Canada Water, London. The project entailed setting up a dressing room complex within a warehouse space to accommodate the cast and crew.
The project entailed setting up a dressing room complex within a warehouse space to accommodate the cast and crew. The cast consists of a total of 20 actors, along with 10 wardrobe staff, 5 hair and makeup artists, and 12 technical personnel.
Specifically, they needed 8 x 24’ cabins and 5 x 16’ cabins to serve as dressing rooms for the actors. Due to limited access and the necessity of placing cabins inside the venue, alternative methods were required to position them effectively.
