Solution

Wernick engaged with Multiplex to provide a 20-bed ward with ensuite facilities at Peterborough Hospital. The building also includes a reception areas, pantry and utility rooms and office space.

Brief also included 1st floor units to house air handling units which provided air conditioning and heating to the ground floor wards.

External cladding was a terracotta tile rainscreen cladding to match existing building.
