Requirement

Graham Construction, who were chosen build partner for the Mossely Hill Hospital project, required accommodation for their staff for the state-of-the-art mental health facility.

The hospital project aims to provide the very best care in a modern, therapeutic environment with single en suite facilities and easy access to gardens and open space.

The new site is expected to be completed in 2024.

Solution

As we have a previous relationship with Graham Construction, and were already working on projects on the area, we were chosen to fulfil their accommodation needs.

From discussions with Wernick Hire, it was decided that an AVflex 3 storey anti-vandal modular building was the best fit. The accommodation was equipped with a 5 x 5 x 5 modular setup, which included:

• Office areas
• Meeting rooms
• Canteen
• Toilets
• Drying Rooms

The AVflex system offers high levels of security with real flexibility. It also features high-security doors with insurance approved deadlocks and windows with heavy-duty shutters.

The exterior of Graham Constructions AVflex buildings were customised with their branding, displaying their corporate identify.

We’ve worked with Wernick for 3 or 4 years now, and the accommodation is very good, built to a high standard very hard wearing. It also came with our Graham Construction colours which are unique.
