Due to expansion, Triplex Traffic Management needed fast-track accommodation to house their office staff. A modular building from AVDanzer offered the perfect solution.

Solutions
The accommodation delivered and installed by AVDanzer is made up of 12 anti-vandal steel modules of their flexible OpenSpace Building System. Open plan office areas were essential to create a more relaxed atmosphere for employees. The building was also painted grey to match the company’s corporate colours.
Internal features include an internal staircase, an L2 fire alarm, emergency lighting, LED lighting with PIR controls and UPVC double glazing. For extra sustainability, hear pump air conditioning was installed throughout and additional insulation was added to the flooring.
