Utilising our extensive range of stock, we have vast experience in creating welfare accommodation to suit any requirements.

Whether you require toilet facilities, changing space, shower blocks or a combination of everything we can discuss your requirements to design the building that best suits your needs.

Following an order and agreed design with a customer, we fully re-build the selected pre-owned modules with brand new materials in our factory to create the desired ‘new’ building for the end user.

These modules feature full steel frame systems and are produced by high quality, large manufacturers within the modular industry and within our own business group. We strip these modules right back to their steel frame, removing all external walls, floor construction, internal walls, doors, windows, electrics, plumbing etc. it all comes out to leave the steel frame.

All this material is recycled in conjunction with a local recycling company, nothing goes to landfill.

All our refurbished buildings fully comply to the latest building regulations and have 57 % less embedded carbon footprint than an equivalent new build.

Refurbished modular buildings are also a cost-effective solution to provide you with a quality building. Once completed they look as good as a new manufactured building.
