Eric Wright – Salford Rise
Wernick Hire delivered a 5 on 5 AVflex modular building with supporting facilities for Eric Wright’s Salford Rise project, meeting internal layout and branding standards. The setup was completed on time with ongoing support throughout the 12-month programme.
JN Bentley – Knaresborough Sewage Treatment Works
Wernick Hire supplied an 8-bay AVflex modular building for JN Bentley’s Knaresborough STW project, providing flexible office and welfare space finished in corporate livery.
Temporary teaching facilities at Francis Barber
Wernick delivered a refurbished modular classroom block to the school for a hire period of 75 weeks while a new brick-built school is being constructed.
St Katherines School
St Katherines School, a popular academy and nursery located in Harlow, required immediate temporary power and accommodation due to a RAAC issue.
Between the Bridges

Harrogate Hospital Site Accommodation
Wernick Hire delivered a bespoke three-storey FMflex modular building for Morgan Sindall at Harrogate Hospital, providing high-spec fire-rated welfare and office facilities. Despite tight site constraints, the complex was installed smoothly in a live hospital environment.
