Polegate School
Wernick Buildings recently delivered a new school building for Polegate School in East Sussex. As part of a programme of development the school are undergoing, they required a new main block which would not only provide a reception area and classrooms, but a school hall which could be used for PE lessons and as a canteen.
Dickens Heath
Solihull Council obtained a developer contribution fund to deliver a provision for young people aged 13 to 17 in Dickens Heath.
Myton School LINC
Myton School were in desperate need of a new Learning, Inclusion and Nurture Centre (LINC). The school had a vision for inclusive learning to better serve the challenging and varied needs of their pupils, but this vision simply couldn’t be delivered in the facilities they had available.
Glangwili Hospital
