The accommodation needed to provide welfare and office space for the site team, as well as secure storage and support facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Solution
Wernick Hire provided a complete site setup consisting of a 5 on 5 AVflex modular building, along with a storage unit, smoking shelter, and gatehouse. The AVflex complex was internally fitted to match the client’s standard APQG layout, while externally, the units were finished in Eric Wright’s company livery to maintain a professional and consistent site appearance.
The setup was delivered on time and to a high standard, with regular communication maintained throughout the process. Wernick’s team ensured the facilities were ready for use from day one and continued to provide consistent support throughout the duration of the hire.
The accommodation met our core requirements, and Wernick continue to be a valued supplier under our framework. While some issues arose following installation, they were dealt with, and support has remained consistent throughout. We would recommend Wernick Hire to others.
