For larger projects, multiple storey blocks can be created, or separate units linked to form a complex. Flexible floor layouts allow you to achieve small individual work areas, meeting rooms or large open plan offices.
Design for manufacture & assembly (DfMA)
With DfMA principles embedded into our design process, every component is optimised for factory production. This enables more accurate assemblies, less waste, and reduces on-site construction time. Our modular systems support spans up to 12 m and integrate seamlessly with a variety of cladding, glazing, and structural finishes.
All modules are precision built in our ISO-certified manufacturing facility where quality control, material reuse and lean processes are optimised. We also leverage BIM (ISO 19650) to coordinate design and streamline construction from digital model to physical module.
