Our team is always exploring the future of the power industry, identifying innovations that could help shape a cleaner, more efficient tomorrow.
We’ve worked closely with JCB for over six years, during which they’ve become a strategic supplier of generators for our hire fleet. Now, we’re excited to support their latest innovation: hydrogen-powered generators.
While this technology is not yet part of our fleet, we’re proud to have played a role in its development and early testing. As part of the product development process, a Wernick Power Solutions depot was used as one of the first locations for extended site running, with the trial performance highlighting the tremendous potential of hydrogen as a viable, zero emission power source.
The G60RS H generator, powered by JCB’s pioneering hydrogen combustion engine, works in tandem with battery storage systems. It delivers reliable performance while dramatically reducing carbon emissions, demonstrating that sustainability and power can go hand-in-hand.
