Solution
Wernick delivered a single-storey, four-bay refurbished modular building during the school summer holidays to avoid disruption to pupils’ learning. The new facility provides a music classroom, recording booth, toilet facilities, a cleaners’ cupboard and a storeroom.
To enhance the teaching and learning environment, the building was fitted with acoustic ceiling tiles, upgraded carpet tiles and soundproofing enhancements to walls and glazing. Externally, the building features Trespa cladding and deep boxed-out fascias for a modern and durable finish.
The project was successfully completed within the required timeframe, ensuring the school had a fully functional and high-quality space ready for the new term.

The space will be lifechanging for our students and young people, giving them opportunities that they wouldn’t have otherwise been afforded.
