As part of a wider programme of national works, JN Bentley required high-quality site accommodation to support their operations at Knaresborough. With more than 50 projects underway this year, consistency, reliability, and speed of delivery were essential to keeping programmes on track.
The site setup needed to accommodate a sizeable project team and provide flexible, open-plan space for both office and welfare use. As a long-term strategic partner, Wernick Hire was selected to deliver a solution that aligned with JN Bentley’s high standards and operational preferences.

Solution
Wernick Hire supplied an 8-bay AVflex modular building, configured with a bespoke open-plan layout and finished in JN Bentley’s corporate livery. The layout was designed to offer a professional and efficient working environment while maximising internal space for day-to-day use.
Throughout the process, the Wernick Hire team maintained strong communication with the client. The Hull depot oversaw the preparation and delivery of the units, while the Leeds team managed the order placement and coordination. The building was delivered to site on schedule and met the expected standards of finish and presentation.
Since installation, JN Bentley has made further interior adjustments to tailor the space to their team’s specific working format. The building will remain on site for a 12-month hire period, supporting operations for the duration of the project.
