With expansion occurring throughout the Wernick Group, Wernick Events are no different. After their most successful year to date in 2014, the company have committed to a substantial programme of investment for 2015.
“When it comes to our products, demand is now outstripping supply,” commented Liam Muldoon, General Manager for Wernick Events. “This is a nice problem to have, but a problem nonetheless.” With more growth expected this year, and a calendar already full of high profile contracts, it was a problem that needed addressing immediately.
£1,000,000 will be put towards new event accommodation units, including offices, sleeper units, disabled facilities, toilets, and showers. This will also allow the company to replace older stock in their inventory. The units will be manufactured by a sister company, Wernick Buildings, at their new facility at Kenfig Industrial Estate, South Wales.
Liam commented “After such a successful 2014 and with further growth expected in 2015, the decision to invest was an obvious one. This new stock will allow us to maintain the quality of service that has been fundamental in positioning us as a market leader in providing portable accommodation to the events industry.”
