Wernick Event Hire has always been committed to improving their customer service, and client feedback plays an important role in this process.
Proof of their success in this regard can be found in the amount of repeat business they receive. Sometimes, however, this communication can result in changes not just affecting how products and services are delivered, but how the Company sees itself.
“We realised no one actually called us ‘Wernick Event Hire’,” commented Liam Muldoon, the Company’s General Manager. “Everyone referred to us simply as ‘Wernick Events’. It made sense to us to make the name everyone used our official name.”
With the Wernick Group due to consolidate their online presence under one domain, this was the perfect time to streamline the brand name to Wernick Events, which would also allow it to sit more comfortably alongside the other Group Companies.
With such a large variety of services and products on offer, the new brand will be split to allow customers to easily find what they need. The Seating and Infrastructure division will offer seating options as well as fencing and crowd control solutions. Toilets, showers and offices, as well as any other portable buildings, will be provided by the Accommodation division.
Structurally, however, the company remains exactly the same. It retains the same broad product range, experienced work force and, most importantly, their focus on customer service.
