Wernick Buildings are seeking a Contracts Administrator to work in their busy Contracts office on a full-time basis; this is a key position with financial responsibility. Hours of work are 9:00am-5:00pm Monday to Friday.
Skills and experience
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good attention to detail
- Previous experience within the construction industry is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given
Duties to include
- Maintain all the Contracts records and assist on such as may be required
- Type all correspondence for Contracts Department
- Raise standard monthly valuations as directed by Contracts Managers
- Add all Variation Quotations to monthly Valuations
- Take-up references and maintain records on sub-contractors
- Take messages for Contracts Manager
- Type sub-contractor orders and variation orders
- Produce site programmes
- Maintain archive files and register
- General maintenance of Contracts files
- Take telephone calls and relay messages as required
- To issue RAMS, CPPβs etc as and when required
- Compile O & M Manuals
- Any other duties as may be agreed from time to time
