Solution

The refurbished modular building method was chosen largely due to its ability to meet the challenging timescale.

The project was acquired through a tender and the proposal from Wernick Refurbished Buildings was accepted based on the fact they could deliver the building quickly and efficiently which gave them a competitive edge.

In addition, an on-site visit was made by the client who was impressed with the high standard of modules available at Wernick Refurbished Buildings.

The building is also to be used as a base for the Occupational Therapies team.

It was definitely a race against time as we needed the building urgently. So, it was quite an achievement for the Refurbished Building’s team to hit the agreed timeframe, and we are very impressed with the results. The current users are delighted with the space. We would definitely recommend Wernick Refurbished Buildings, they understood our requirements and performed in a very professional manner despite the challenging timescale.
