Solution
The refurbished modular building method was chosen largely due to its ability to meet the challenging timescale.
The project was acquired through a tender and the proposal from Wernick Refurbished Buildings was accepted based on the fact they could deliver the building quickly and efficiently which gave them a competitive edge.

The building is also to be used as a base for the Occupational Therapies team.
