Wernick Group awarded place on NHS SBS Framework

Following a competitive OJEU process, the Wernick Group have been successfully reappointed to the NHS Shared Business Services (SBS) Modular Buildings Framework.

The £1.6bn framework, now in its second iteration, was specifically developed to provide public sector clients with an OJEU compliant route to market to procure the purchase and hire of modular buildings for a variety of sectors including Healthcare, Education and Residential sectors.

Wernick Group were successful in all five lots tendered and were awarded a place on the framework by demonstrating their experience and ability to deliver full turnkey solutions to a variety of sectors.

The framework will run for two years with the option for an additional two years thereafter, and through it, all public sector organisations and NHS Trusts can purchase modular building solutions through a quick, easy, and OJEU-compliant route.

The framework also offers clients numerous benefits including:
