Wernick Group Sells Seating Division

The Wernick Group is delighted to announce the strategic sale of its Seating and Infrastructure division to Arena Seating with effect from the 1st of April 2017. This transaction enables the Group to consolidate and focus on its core product offering of portable accommodation for the events sector, whilst continuing to service its client base as we approach the 2017 season.
