Wernick Buildings Win Big with Fusion 21 Framework

Wernick Buildings is pleased to announce that it has been appointed as a supplier to all four lots on Fusion 21’s £225 Million Education Modular Buildings Framework.

Fusion21 provide leading procurement and regeneration services.  An award winning social enterprise, Fusion 21 provide a wide range of procurement services and frameworks that can meet the unique requirements of public sector organisations, large scale organisations and the third sector.

Wernick are one of eight selected suppliers on Lots 1 and 2, for Hire projects, and buildings worth under £750,000. On Lots 3 and 4, for projects up to £3 million and projects in excess of £3 million, Wernick has been selected as the single supply partner.

Fusion 21 members accessing the Education Modular Buildings Framework – including local education authorities, academies, colleges and universities – will benefit from significant efficiency savings and social value, plus other advantages including competitive tension, early supplier engagement and transparency of costs.
