| SurefireT Outline Specification Thermal Insulation Roof and wall cavities are insulated with non-combustible glasswood fibre, providing "U" values of 0.4433 W/mēk for walls and 0.465 W/mēk for roofs. Internal Finishings A typical SurefireT office would include: Walls: Embossed vinyl wall covering laminated to 12.5mm plasterboard lining and offering Class "0" Fire Rating. Floors: Extra duty seam welded, anti-static, marbled vinyl sheeting manufactured to Class "1" Fire Rating. Ceilings: Attractively treated with a flecked decorative paint finish to blend with the wall colour, and offering Class "0" Fire Rating. External Finishes A zinc rich primer is applied to all external mild steel surfaces and weld areas. Fully galvanised panels are spray-coated with mid-grey, semi-gloss, fast enamel to BS4800 with trims including skirting, jack-legs and fascia in contrasting dark grey to BS4800. A coating of semi-gloss solar reflective fast enamel is also spray applied to the roof for added protection. Electrical Installation Fluorescent lights, twin 13 amp switched socket outlets, a light switch, consumer unit and earth leakage circuit-breaker are fitted as standard to SurefireT office units. Jack Legs Individually adjustable and removable telescopic jack-legs are fitted to facilitate ease of levelling and double stacking without modification.
