Wernick Event Hire has opened a new depot in Sparsholt near Winchester this month (January 08). This brings the total number of hire depots in the Wernick Group of companies to 29 with the Brownhills and Sparsholt depots specialising in event hire contracts.

Keith Bodinnar, Wernick Event Hire’s sales director commented, “This is a strategically significant development for us that positions us in a key area to further develop our service to the event industry.  It continues the Wernick Group’s expansion in the accommodation hire sector through acquisitions and organic growth.” The two Wernick Event Hire depots have the additional fleet resource of 27 Wernick Hire depots in England, Scotland and Wales to call on.       

Amongst a number of other recent investments made by Wernick Event Hire are a fleet of top-of-the-range hospitality suites fitted with picture windows, patio doors and sun awnings. 

In addition, new 12-man, 32’ x 12’ sleeper cabins complete with toilets, showers and a kitchen are also attracting new business, as are new shower blocks and toilet blocks.
