Wernick provides M&S with a convenient solution

The £14m refurbishment of Marks & Spencer’s Southampton store meant temporary customer toilets were needed adjacent to the main building.

The installation of the toilets, carried out by the local Wernick Hire depot, included supplying disabled facilities equipped and installed to current DDA regulations. The toilets are served by a ramp taking customers across a recreational area that includes a children’s playground.

As there was very little choice about the location of the facilities, Wernick ensured that the installation was as unobtrusive as possible.

All buildings are also available to purchase.

Skywalk to the loos!. Limited space meant that disabled access to M & S’s temporary toilets had to pass over a children’s play area. This design met M & S’s high standards of customer care.
